In an effort to promote a healthy body, mind, and spirit, Our Shepherd is kicking off its Family Wellness Workshops with the Green Series.

From January till April, we've planned monthly workshops on everything green: healthy goods, outdoor play, the health benefits of tea, and money. Each of these workshops begins or ends with a free meal and offers free babysitting. Our Shepherd's Campus Pastor, Darin Aden, will round out each workshop by feeding our spirits with God's Word.
