Members and friends of Bethany are invited to a get-together this coming Saturday, May 17th, so that we can get our church and campus cleaned up after a long winter. Our workday is open to members and friends of all ages and will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday and our plan is to be finished around noon so that we can enjoy a brat-fry and picnic together.
What a great way to enjoy each other's company, show a personal ownership of our worship site, and extend an inviting and welcoming presence to our church family and community! Your help is needed! The more hands lifting the lighter the load becomes!
Besides your elbow grease...bring the normal 'tools of the trade' for typical spring cleaning and yardwork: buckets, rags, cleaners, stepstools, rakes, shovels, edgers, weed whackers, blower/vacs, gardening tools, pruners, shears, etc. As a general rule of thumb...If you use it at home, we'll probably need it here.
