In 2000, Bethany opened Our Shepherd Childcare to serve Appleton families with high-quality, faith-building childcare. 

Our Shepherd now stands at the forefront among Wisconsin childcare facilities as a leader in quality of care, facilities, and educational benchmarks. Each staff member at Our Shepherd is committed to the success of the child and to communicating to the child the love of our Savior, Jesus. Our Shepherd boasts a consistent five-star rating from YoungStar, the highest rating that Wisconsin's quality control can award. 

Our Shepherd serves children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. It is a host site for the Appleton Area School District 4K and offers its own Jesus-centered 4K as well. Our Shepherd offers wraparound care for both the AASD 4K and the Our Shepherd 4K programs.
