The fun includes trunk or treat, bounce houses, face painting, games, pumpkin painting, and more! Food will be provided.

We are hosting a National Night Out at our Parkway campus on Tuesday, August 7th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. This community-building event supports police and community relationships, in addition to bringing our Appleton neighborhoods together.

Join us for a campfire, free food, music, lawn games, face painting for the kids, and fun for the whole family!

Join us for some baseball and fellowship at our annual "Bethany Night @ the Timber Rattlers". Tailgating and fellowship start at 5:30 p.m., with the Timber Rattlers facing the Dayton Dragons at 7:05 p.m. Enjoy hot dogs and refreshments at reduced prices since this is a "bang for your buck night", a Timber Rattlers' staple!

All you have to do is eat there from 4-8 p.m. and mention Bethany or Our Shepherd when you order. Culver's will donate 10% of the cost of your meal to Bethany/Our Shepherd. To-go and drive-thru orders qualify as well. Come out for some great food, fellowship and support of Bethany and Our Shepherd!

Our Thanksgiving Eve Celebration will be held at our Parkway Campus location on Wednesday, November 22 at 4:30 PM and repeated at 6:30 PM. How fitting to be present in God's House to express our appreciation to Him for His innumerable blessings to us in Christ.

Bethany and Our Shepherd are putting on a Back-to-School outdoor movie night on September 23. Immediately after the Saturday Family Worship Gathering on the Lynndale Campus, we'll move outside for kids games, play time, and hot dogs and hamburgers. at 6:30, we'll start the movie on a giant inflatable screen. 

This free event is open to the community, so bring friends and family! (Make sure to bring a lawn chair and blanket too!)

Fall Bible studies will begin the week of September 10, 2017. In September's Sunday Studies, we will be introduced to "CONNECTIONS", our soon-to-be launched small group ministry. In October, Sunday Studies will examine the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther in a course entitled, "A Man Names MARTIN". On Wednesday mornings, beginning September 13, Midweek Oasis will look anew at Dr. Martin Luther's Small Catechism in a course entitled, "In The Simplest Way". The Tuesday morning Men's Study Group will continue their current study of St. Paul's letter to the Philippians.

Bethany's annual Summer Shindig is a git down good time for the whole family! We'll kick off the summer right as we get the community together to enjoy family and friends! Food, games, prizes, bouncy house and a live polka band are just a few of the activities. No admission fee and open to the public.

We will be "sprucing up" both of our campuses on Saturday, April 29 from 8:00 AM until Noon. A pizza lunch will be served in the basement of the Parkway campus at Noon for anyone who works on either of the campuses.

Bring your shovels, rakes, work gloves, etc., and even your kids! Sign up in the church entryway on either campus, or call the church office (920-733-9561) for more information.

Thursday, April 20, marks the beginning of a new Bible Study on our Lynndale Campus entitled "Know Your Enemy". This Study will help us to identify and arm ourselves against the spiritual enemies we face. Come join us from 6:00-7:00 PM in the Lynndale Campus Praise Center, led by Pastor Zach.

Come to our Lynndale Campus on Tuesday, February 28 at 5:30 PM to participate in the Our Shepherd Family Fun Night. "One World, Many Stories" is our theme and we hope you and your family can come and enjoy Water Dome Craft, Cupcake/Cookie Decorating, Chopstick Instructions, and Hmong Story Telling Blanket, just to name a few. All are welcome!

At this meeting we'll have a chance to hear ministry team updates, and vote on several resolutions: Our Shepherd 2015/2016 surplus projects, Lynndale Campus parking lot expansion and called worker health insurance coverage.

More than parties and resolutions, God's Word gives us a solid grounding to step forward into 2016 free from the baggage of our past.
