In the spirit of Advent, our Midweek Advent series looks at some of the events leading up to the birth of the promised Messiah. But in this series, we’ll be doing so through the context of some of the more unlikely characters who have a role in the history leading up to Jesus. Namely, some of Jesus’ (great…) grandmothers.

We’ll see God’s amazing grace in using these blessed women, and find comfort in knowing that God loves and works through us, his unlikely people today.
